Terms of Services

Welcome to our Piano Lessons program! By enrolling in our lessons (whether for adults, children, or private instruction), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience for all students.

  • Enrollment & Registration • Adults may enroll directly. • For children under 18, a parent or guardian must handle registration and communication. • Private lessons are arranged individually with the teacher.
  • Lesson Scheduling • Lessons are typically held weekly. • Scheduling is done in advance and consistency is encouraged. • If lessons are canceled by the teacher (holiday, illness, etc.), a make-up or credit will be provided.
  • Attendance & Cancellations • Regular attendance is important for progress. • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. • Same-day cancellations or missed lessons without notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled (except emergencies). • Teacher cancellations will always be rescheduled or credited.
  • Payments & Fees • Tuition must be paid in advance (monthly or per session). • Late payments may result in lessons being paused until payment is received. • Payments are non-refundable unless the program itself is canceled.
  • Materials & Instruments • Students need access to a piano or keyboard for practice at home. • Books, sheet music, and other learning materials are purchased separately.
  • Student Conduct • Respect and courtesy are expected at all times. • Parents observing children’s lessons should remain quiet and avoid interruptions. • Students should arrive on time, prepared, and with all materials.
  • Safety & Responsibility • Parents are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of children. • We are not responsible for students outside scheduled lesson times. • Participation is at your own risk; we are not liable for injuries, damages, or lost belongings.
  • Media & Recordings • Lessons or performances may be recorded for educational or promotional purposes with consent. • Parents must give permission for the use of children’s photos or videos.
  • Ending Lessons • Lessons may be ended by either party with two weeks’ written notice. • Prepaid lessons beyond this period may be refunded at the teacher’s discretion.
  • Agreement • Enrolling in lessons means you agree to these Terms of Service.
